But surely this issue pertains to the AT attack factor, not to the issue of
armor efficiency? The discussion above addressed factors influencing the ability of certain units to deliver "shots on target" (e.g. the relative merits of aiming and crew protection issues) within the time frame of an impulse/turn, not as to how effective those shots may or may not be against a certain target?
