JUST ANNOUNCED, GOING AWAY PERMANENTLY AFRIKA KORPS, DESERT RATS, GUADALCANAL, BULGE. Now we knew this was coming for DR and Guad, but the announcement came with word that most of 3rd ed. will be replaced with new designs.

They tried killing Bulge before. They ran into the problem of its maps being used in so many modules. I wonder what will happen this time.

Bulge possibilities. Replacement with Reisen-ated replacement maps and 2 new ones for a new large Bulge design. Or simply let quite a few supplement books go out of print.

We've seen expansions with maps and maps sold separately already, so there are ways to make the maps available to customers if that is the intent.
Personally, I would not put much effort in this unless the real profit is in the supplements and AVP is sitting on a ton of them which uses BoB maps.
