Saipan: Trails - campsawyer - 11-13-2012
Trail cost for Motorized is 2/3 in Saipan, while all other trails/tracks is 2. Is this correct?

Yeah, that one John wrote, as trails were more traveled on Saipan, might be his reasoning.
