Soviet 10 factor Artillery - Blackcloud6 - 08-12-2025
I'm playing a scenario from Panzer Lion that requires Soviet 10 factor off-board artillery. There is none in the 1944-45 RKKA OB, nor in the 1943-44 OOB. But there is in the 1939-42 one. You may want to update the later two OOBs to have them.

They are on the todo list. (I don't know when I will ever get this done.)
