Has anyone seen this or know where it can be found?

These usually show up about 8 weeks after release of the book. While it would be nice to have them included as an insert on cardstock in the books, having them printable from the web is useful too, as (I at least) plot out on a copy of the map the path of the action and the map numbers used.

It is not out yet but John Stafford shared an early version with me. I will let you know if I find anything out about the final version.
