It is long but covers a LOT of the operational game and if you haven't tackled an Operational Scenario, this is a good place to start. I cut ahead as much as I could but I still think this is a prime candidate to speed up to 1.25x speed. You can pause it if you need to or set it back to 1.o for the juicy bits.
