This is just the second edition rulebook and the completely rewritten scenarios. The counters in the maps are the same for first and second edition, I believe.
This is a special deal from APL and then expires on Wednesday.
He may not want a coppa Jutland but if you do have one, you might wanna think about upgrading and saving some bucks. Not a lot of bucks, admittedly, for some bucks.
