I abhor a distiction without a difference - plloyd1010 - 06-03-2023 I have swallows of Death in hand. Generally, it looks pretty good. Someday I will get it and the units into the library and into Vassal. The irritant is the Moroccan Tirailleurs. They look like this: The Moroccan Escadrons look like this: I'm thinking they should share the same library slot, with appropriate heading changes. RE: I abhor a distiction without a difference - leonard - 06-03-2023 The Moroccan ESC pieces were published by AP at a time when they wanted them to be elite. As the only French elite units in Fall of France were ESC 4-3 units, the choice was obvious. However, the squadron (escadron) term is devoted to cavalry not to infantry (the equivalent is Company). I chose Tirailleurs (hence TIR) which is the proper term for African units.
