Map 125 has rivers running through swamp hexes, hex 0507 for example. Would the hex being a swamp negate the river? It wouldn't really change hex effects, if the river is minor. If the river is major, it is very important. So do major rivers still apply when going through swamps?

My vote would be: yes, the river would be the primary feature in a hex that also contains a swamp on either bank. In other words, no mech or motorized units allowed in the swamp hex unless there is a bridge, or a paved road running through it.
