Nothing needed to be added on the Vassal side. Just updating the extension assignments.

I finally got the Hyderabadi army done.
Lithuania's Iron Wolves is playable - plloyd1010 - 12-31-2021
Since it isn't used much, I thought uploading the updated extensions would not be very disruptive. Mostly needed to add additional OBA counters. The Allied Lithuanian extension has a new ID, keep that in mind when opening old games with the new extension.
