Is there a compare and contrast document of the latest IA rules to PG 4th edition? That might be a nice thing to have so lazy guys like me who mostly play PG can get right into IA.

Not yet. At some point we are going to get the 1st & 2nd Infantry Attacks and PG modern rules and charts in the library.
