I don't see what happens to a DISRUPTED INF unit that tries to recover and fails.

Nothing happens even if the MR roll is 3 or more above the morale number? Yes, I play that the MR is different than the MC. All results obtained on the MR roll do not cause any morale loss. It only results in success or no success.
