RE: VPG - Hugmenot - 02-24-2013 Better than purchasing 4 or 5 copies of Saipan? RE: VPG - JayTownsend - 02-24-2013 Hey now, you are getting personal! Besides, you only need one or two copies! RE: VPG - Matt W - 02-25-2013 Unless you want a whole lotta beach. RE: VPG - JayTownsend - 02-25-2013 We should get some more Beach later! RE: VPG - Matt W - 02-27-2013 Oh you impenetrable tease! Time to stack up the change again so that we can afford yet more of the products of Jay's work. Thanks (no sarcasm intended!) RE: VPG - Dean_P - 02-27-2013 From all this (and not being a gold-member, so having no insight into future releases except for the relentless teases), I assume Saipan is a better choice than KSF for future releases, right? BTW, ordered "Zulus on the Ramparts" and "Market-Garden Nijmegen " last night along with LnL "Dark July". Now I guess it's AP's turn to get some of my money... RE: VPG - Hugmenot - 02-27-2013 Dean, Let me know how "Market-Garden Nijmegen" plays. It's something I may get later this year if it's simple enough for a (then) 10 year old to play. We'll cover 20th century history starting in September and he already knows how to play a few wargames. Thanks! RE: VPG - Dean_P - 02-27-2013 (02-27-2013, 02:14 AM)Hugmenot Wrote: Dean, Will do! This is the first of Paul Koenig's games that I've played, so my thoughts will have to be couched as such. I was debating between this and the D-Day - American Beaches game... If I like this one, I'll probably pick that one up later. Dean |
