Logic dictates that it SHOULD be there, definitely for the Armored Vehicles (any vehicles for that matter) and safety matters for the foot troops. Grog---I'm thinking that your right about Direct Fire... But looking at a 200meter hex....and the footprint of a vehicle in that hex....there is LOTS of space to shoot at other vehicles beyond the hex... We're not spraying machine gun fire---these are a few well directed shots.... over 15min.... So----AT Fire would be allowed in circumstances where Direct Fire would be prohibited... RE: Remedial Blocked Fire & Assault Hexes - Grognard Gunny - 03-16-2023 I guess so, just ANOTHER thing to remember. (Sigh.) GG RE: Remedial Blocked Fire & Assault Hexes - Grognard Gunny - 03-16-2023 At what point does the "remembering" of "exception" rules start becoming an issue that overly detracts from the fun of the hobby? Just sayin'. GG RE: Remedial Blocked Fire & Assault Hexes - Blackcloud6 - 03-16-2023 It's not really an "exception." Direct Fire, AT Fire and Bombardment Fire are distinctly different mechanics of combat, each with their own rules, procedures and charts. RE: Remedial Blocked Fire & Assault Hexes - Grognard Gunny - 03-16-2023 That WAS a rhetorical question. GG |
