Checked the ILS for North Wind again (Scenario #4) just for grins and the leader selection window appropriately shows Lieutenants now. However, when generating the leader OOB it still tries to pull in 1st Lieutenants and returns a "data missing" result.

That is probably because the scenario leader lists have not been updated yet.
