[Kursk - South Flank] has been added to the Library

Kursk - South Flank is now in the PG-HQ Library... but the scenarios are empty.

Which means if you file a play record now (I'm looking at you, Townsend!) you will get basically zero bounty points.

If that doesn't bother you, record away! Otherwise wait a bit until we get the scenario data fully logged.
