Not being a VASSAL vet I was wondering if , as modules are added whether we will be able to set up and play scenarios from non-boxed games using more than one boxed game's components (e.g. Romanian Soil). Is this easily done or will there need to be additional modules created for the supplements and scenario books as well?

Having said that, I am very pleased to hear that ER will be available! This is incredibly good news.
No "minor" country left behind...
