Spain, by God. Who could forget the Civil War.
And the Chaco War. I mentioned Chaco in a,mother thread, but it should have here. It should be a natural extension of River Fleets,
what with the Rio de la Plata mess. I don't know if it appears in Cones of Fire.

I can help you with the tools. You just need to work on the heraldry and unit mix at first.
