RE: the Random Events table...
Recently, I designed a random event system for Panzer Grenadier with nation specific events for the most important nations. Two weeks ago I sent my variant to Mike and maybe he'll publish it as a daily content.

RE: the Random Events table...
We love random events. We like a spanner in works every now and again. Mostly we don't like games turning into chess matches. Like the Marines say, "Improvise, Adapt, and Overcome!"

In the games that don't have them, we adapt one from a games that does. Usually it is a variation of EFDx. The BB events table, with some planes, works with the Invasion of Germany series.

We always use them if included. Unfortunately, they were often removed from the latest additions to the series.

I just noticed that A:IE specifically says "Don't use the Random Events Table."

RE: the Random Events table...
The scenarios in A:IE are too small in force size to effectively absorb the random events.
No "minor" country left behind...
