Nihon Silk Airdrop Question
Is the Airdrop considered an action? Or is it conducted before any actions take place. (I know that the units are marked moved/fired after dropping). I wonder if I count the drop as an action for number of actions before Fog of War is rolled?

RE: Nihon Silk Airdrop Question
Fred, FWIW, I played the airdrop as one activation. Of course, that's not official.

RE: Nihon Silk Airdrop Question
I would consider all the air-drops as one phase or one activation. No need for FoW in those airdrop scenarios, as they are hard enough on the Japanese.

Fog of War will kick in after the first couple of turns. A scattered drop means that some of your Japanese may get into battle fairly late, if at all.
