Les Portes Avions VASSAL module ready

APL has announced availability of Portes Avions (Golden Journal 50) for Gold Club Members.

WAS-FC has the module ready for download for use in Bismarck 2e, and Java Sea.

This one is an extension and needs to sit in one of those two modules (we can add others on request if you want to put the French at Midway for instance...)
