[Rule 3.1 Action Segments]

Situation that has happened in my last game. The Line of Sight between the German leader and mortars and the American infantry platoon is blocked.

In the same action segment

1. the German leader selfactivates and activates the mortar platoon.

2. Then the German leader moves to the woods and spots the enemy platoon. Immediately the German mortar platoon fires.

In my opinion this action is legal per rule 3.13 ("The activated unit, leader or group performs actions in no specific order") but I have doubts, because there is a little interruption between the activation of the mortar platoon and the fire.

What do you think about?
