The Deal: Here’s how it works:
• The thresholds are based on orders for two Panzer Grenadier items: Africa Orientale Italiano and Conquest of Ethiopia. Order BOTH to qualify.
• If we can get 200 Early orders for each of the two games by 2 April, everyone who ordered will get, for free, the new expansion book Afrika 1944 (see below).
Prior orders for Conquest (direct from us, not somewhere else) count toward this.
• If we can get 400 Early Orders for each of the two games by 2 April, everyone who ordered will get, for free, the new expansion book Afrika 1944 (see below) AND the new Playbook Alaska 1943 (also see below).

• If we get less than 200 orders, we’re not making Afrika 1944 or Alaska 1943.
• The target numbers are those for a good Panzer Grenadier launch (Conquest sold fewer than others in the series – that’s why we’re doing this promo).
If everyone who ordered the Land Battleships Golden Journal orders AOI then we’ll make the first threshold pretty easily.
• This promo has no effect on publication of Africa Orientale – that game is under way and gets published regardless.
• There’s no free shipping this time: we’re already on the hook to ship the free stuff if the games make their numbers.
We’ll ship Afrika 1944 and Alaska 1943 separately, when ready, at no extra charge (that’s why we put Alaska in book format).
• It’s only fair to point out: Afrika 1944 and Alaska 1943 are extra free items that you are not guaranteed to receive.
The whole publishing model for these items requires hitting the thresholds; our regular cash flow is already earmarked for other games.
