Raseiniai #4: Koll’s Counter Attack - plloyd1010 - 10-20-2022
Both sides onboard units are stated as setting up first. Somebody needs to setup after the other.
My opinion: Since the Germans cannot dig in and they are attacking, they appear to be in a more active stance. I would have them setup second.
