I feel like they used to be in the GC downloads but arent anymore. Not sure if anyone snagged them and has it handy or not.

I don't believe that the books were ever released as pdf files. At least, I don't have them, and I've collected all the PG stuff since before the first Campaigns and Commanders book was released.

I think they were PDFs as 3rd was winding down. They do not seem to have made it over to the Gold Club premium content. The copies I have are much better than most of my scans.

I have physical copies of both of these if you're interested. Other than a little aging I didn't see any significant markings in either copy.
Of all things PG that I own, these two supplements get zero play on my tabletop. I'm just not interested. PM me if you are.
