In Avalanche's Daily Content of 18 August 2012 there is an article on the "Armata Romana" . In this article there is a facsimil of a Romanian border guard (BDR) counter. Has anyone ever seen this counter?

i have seen it on the web too. i think its another one of those phantom counters that dont exist like the Hungarian Turan tank in Rtb

It hasn't shown up on PG-HQ. Would like me to make you some? The organization 3-2-3 for the regiment. Cavalry and HMGs not included.
