It you have EFDx, just leave the FiTS counters unpunched.

That's exactly how I handled the new counters.   Big Grin

Not only that half the time I end up wrecking the bag when I try to open one.

I finally got a folder on BGG for: Fire in the Steppe started.

Is the leader mix in FITS the same as EFD? Or is it a mix of EFD and RTB?

EFD

RE: Fire in my home - petermc - 05-14-2018

Thanks. I double checked the leaders just in case but sure enough they are the same (although without the old 4-digit numbers).

One note, I have various older versions of original PG, original EF, and I think one EFD (but not the laser version). Not sure but I think the countermix did shift slightly...there are no Russian KMS vehicles on the 2004/2005 dates sheets from original EF.

No big deal either way as the game comes with everything you need of course. But if you are using "old" units you might have to shop around to RTB (I did).

The plays and AARs are a bit slow to pop up on the database. I wonder if this one isn't catching on. Spearhead seemed very popular right out of the gate. Or maybe it's the late spring release....there's more to do outside right now instead of gaming.

FitS is actually on my table and I am working through the first battle game. I've played Scenarios 1 and 2, and I've set up Scenario 3. I haven't written an AAR yet for scenario 2, but I am keeping notes and chronicling the destruction of the 87th Rifle Division (which was historically destroyed in the opening days of Barbarossa).
