Had to play Pop Goes the Marak. I rated it a 5 (a highly partisan score) but playing solo I will always win. The Godzilla-Panic rule has a variable effect on the defender, so the one turn benefit to the Imperial player is rather variable. Assault on top of a land cruiser is something I'd sure like to see a video of...
It is very hard to take out a land cruiser by assault. I'm exploring the best set of C&C leader skills to have in assaulting a land juggernaut.
The French would have an additional problem not reflected in this first module in that they would need to elevated their anti-tank guns quite a bit to target the main cannon turrets of these H.G. Wellsian vehicles, which would give the Imperials a deflection advantage.
