I don't know, it just looks odd. I wasn't upset (Dr. Mike may be.). It was just weird. The download link should be individualized to the file. Sort of like the links I sent you.

That could be as I viewed dropbox page to confirm but didn't download since I was at SFO, which was unsecured and didn't have much speed.
