I'm ashamed to admit it, but this feature has been 95% complete for 18 months. I just couldn't get around to finishing it.
Now all AAR and news post comments can be made from that page. So if you are viewing a scenario's library page, for example the much-played Battle of the Bulge #1, you can comment directly on any of the AARs or respond to existing comments from that page.
This is a small but highly enjoyable interface change that will hopefully prompt more engagement from you fine folks!
