The Germans faced a thinner front than in other recent battles, but they were also a bit thin. The Soviet strongpoints held up well and their AT fire, when confronted with German attack groups, did damage to the German armor as the infantry held up their end as well. The Germans took Rokovo after a good fight, but could not get the village on map 41. They did exit 16 steps at the last minute, but it was still a Soviet m8 or victory.
